Arrangements typically start at $175/hour or $1,600/month, structured around what is best for your business: hourly, as-needed help; a monthly retainer for consistent, built-in support; or a temporary, initiative-driven engagement (for example, rebuilding your department and hiring my permanent replacement) for a defined project with a clear end date.
