I bring nearly 15 years of experience across business management and human resources, working with a wide range of industries, company sizes, and organizational structures. With a background and education spanning both operations and HR, I evaluate decisions holistically, considering compliance, operational impact, and financial realities together. I am a lifelong Virginian and have lived and worked across the state. I understand regional dynamics and how to use that knowledge to further shape my recommendations.
